💡 My journey into UX started during a pivotal project at a bank, where I volunteered to help colleagues adopt Google G-Suite tools. I realized how much I enjoyed guiding others through new technology and making it feel approachable and helpful. That moment sparked my transition from finance into UX—and I’ve been designing accessible, impactful digital experiences ever since.
